2G Power Steering Re-Install

So I bought a 97’ GST and the previous owner took out the power steering. How should I go about the reinstalling? I have all the OEM power steering components from my 96’ GST . The rack is still currently in the 97 but it’s been awhile since it’s had lines connected and power steering fluid going through. Do I need to rebuild the rack will new seals and gaskets to prevent leakage? Or can I just through everything back together? Any advice is helpful!
